Morning all, woke up late today so a slow start. Love a good lie in :D

Mixed day today

B: Porridge, HE A, HE B
MM: Strawbs, blueberries, grapes with vanilla mullerlight

L: Stir fry with quorn pieces and loads of veggies, noodles

D: Steak on the bbq, new potatoes HE B, grilled asparagus

S: blueberries, carrots, banana
E: 30 mins kickboxing
W: 3 litres

Evening :) Been at a childminding conference all day so only just got round to posting on here lol

Take note Louise:DBreakfast - oats (hexb) skimmed milk (hexa)

Lunch - jacket potato, tuna (hexb) loads of salad
Pudding was a slice of chocolate cake - no idea how many sins, I'm guessing 10:eek:

Tea batchelors cheese and broccoli pasta :D was far yummier than it smelt lmao
 
Hehe, see breakfast is the way forward - well actually chocolate cake is the way forward, but breakfast is a good subsitute!!xx
 
Hiya all my diet is back on track on Monday, although i have been good i havent stuck to any sort of plan. Apart from ive had half a custard slice in the hospital canteen and the icing was like a door step LOVELY;) and ive had one slice of pizza oopps! but hey ho not gonna stress over it life too short.

P.s weighed myself after hols and ive put on 1lb which is good i ate salads and pasta, HOWEVER i did eat dessert everyday and i walked about 4 miles everyday in the rain.

wow! 1 lb gain is fab while on hols, well done and you didn't deprive yourself either!
