sauce using quark

If i was to do a pasta dish with chicken,veg,mushroom and onion, and wnted to do a sauce using quark, how would i do the sauce? What would i mix the quark with?

Add some chicken stock to your dish and when that comes to the boil remove from the heat and add your quark. I made a pasta sauce like this last week and it was gorgeous I think I only added about 100ml of stock.
