Savoury Rice & instant noodles

Could anyone tell me what syns are in Savoury Rice & also instant noodles please, i have asked my councilor tonight who said look them up, but i can't find them

Batchelors savoury rice (all varieties) are free on green/EE

Batchelors Low fat supernoodles are free on green/EE but make sure they are the low fat ones as the normal ones are synned.

I'm not sure about other brands as I always buy these ones.
