Hi, this is my first post pleading for help so bear with me!
Firstly, I was given a recipe for ferrero rocher type items (7 ryvita, 4 tbsp nutella, 1 tbsp golden syrup) which makes 30 chocolates (1/2 syn each) - have tried them before and they're lovely, tried to make them and my mixture is like cheesecake base and won't go into balls! Any ideas? I don't want to add more nutella or syrup in case it messes up the syns...
And then can anyone tell me the syn content of morrisson's own haddock fish fingers in breadcrumbs? I do extra easy so the fish should be free, but can I count the breadcrumbs as a Healthy Extra, or syns, or what?
Am a student who can't afford the frankly ridicularse prices for online membership (£60 for 3 months on the cheapest deal!), so can't access the online syns or syn calculator so any help would be greatly appreciated! Am getting by on a very retro Food Directory (or food bible as I call it) and my mum's old extra easy booklet!
