Scan bran swap?

Help needed please! I love my porridge in the morning but the scan bran gives me belly ache can I swap it for a Ryvita or would I have to syn it?

Nope, sorry you're not allowed to randomly swap things over. If you want to have the ryvita you would need to syn it.
