Just wondering if eating scan bran increases your losses. I bought a pack today & will aim to eat 1 a day.
I know it increases the fibre intake, but what else does it do? People seem too be raving about it
People have raved about it, but I think in order to see results you'd need to eat more than 1 piece a day. Don't forget you can have 5 for one HEb! That should keep your mouth busy lol!
