Anyways I've seen you guys mention scan bran a lot..what is it?
Have seen a lot of yummy recipes with it in, so i need to be enlightened!

I buy them in holland and Barrett as they are a bit cheaper but this week they said they aren't going to stock them any more as they haven't sold very well. Was handy having the option not to buy in bulk.
I find them great for making a scotch egg i.e boiled egg with a low syn sausage wrapped around, dipped in beaten egg and coated in scan bran - then bake in the oven - great
