hi guys... long time, no speak. I'm still here, still on it at week 13. currently at 18st 12lb ish... and a size 18! only two dress sizes to go now - i'm nearly 6foot tall so any thinner than a 14 and i'd look ridiculous!
just thought i'd check in to say how i'm doing. hope you're all getting on OK. x

goodness, it's been some time since i was here - i'm on TFR again, this time Exante and it's working really well... i started again at 21st 4lb in january and i'm currently 16st 1lb, heading for 14st and we'll see what i look like...
