Schwarz casserole mixes

Does anyone know the syns in the Schwarz casserole mixes, the dried ones in packets? Particularly the lamb, chicken and pork?

Per sachet: Lamb 4.5, chicken 6 and pork 6

If you wanted to save syns you may want to look at the spices listed in the ingredients and just adding them yourself for syn free flavouring (cumin, paprika, garlic salt, ground coriander, dried herbs, chilli, soy, etc are all free)
