Am on holiday for a week so will have a gain, but by the end of the month would like to lose what I gain and then be 5lb below where I am now - if that makes sense!!

Me too, just had a week and a bit trying to be good on my hols pleased I only put 3.5lb on I was careful so this month full ahead I have a long haul flight mid October so need to shed some fat!
