Thanks for the support Time2go :) If you want to make a pledge then do! We aren't here to judge anyone who doesn't complete... just to motivate and support each other. The August challenge is the first one I have ever completed and I have joined loads in the past!

Could I join? Sept is tricky as I am on holiday from 1st-16th so won't WI til then, but I am going to aim for 4lbs for the month- I hope I can do it!!

Shouldn't your amount lost so far be 0lbs? We aren't in September yet :)
