Thanks everyone! The naughty food I ate:

3 small slices of cake
Pizza and chips
2 extra slices of bread
A pint and a half of lager

So all in all not toooooo bad! The takeout was inevitable. The cake was from a colleague and I felt rude saying no (hehe) and I am glad it was only a pint and a half of lager!! Gonna spend double time exercising today to make a mends. I go on holiday (first time in 6 years!) in 3 weeks, and bought a load of clothes to go away with. Most fit but some are just ever so slightly too small so I figure if I can lose half a stone by then they should be fine!

Well done on your great losses everyone, and well done Tiphareth for reaching target!!!!
 
Woohoo - lost 4 1/2 pounds tonight to reach my target for the september challenge! So happy :) Will be very happy just to maintain next week in all honesty, then get ready for my aim of 9lbs in September
