shake that weight, unsure if I am doing the right things

Hi,

I am on two shakes a day, snacking sometimes at night on cheese, for some reason this is the only thing I can really think of with a low carb count, typical meals are chicken breast done in the oven with veg and chillis and basic ingredient bolognese mince without the pasta, i.e. tomato, etc to make it, all vegetables. Other than this I have no changes as of yet, I have been on the shakes since thursday, when am I likely to notice anything if anything at all

I also began swimming again on saturday, swam about 15 lengths, struggled for energy with this so have been taking some caffeine pills but there isnt any sugar or anything like that in them

Any help appreciated
