Is it worth buying a shaker?? How much do CDC charge for them??

Hello I bought my shaker online from a protein shake website aimed at body builders it's called a blender bottle and it's amazing! It has a metal ball in it that works a treat!

I don't think it is imperative, but I think it does help an awful lot.

I think it's well worth getting a shaker if you have shakes at work, much quicker and cleaner

Yeah get a shaker - its convenient. I was taking my blender to work and it was very loud. Now i can have my soup/shake in silence.

Got mine from Holland and barrett. Just a simple plastic one for about £5/6.

I got mine from Boots for £1.69, blends the shake beautifully with no lumpage. My CDC said Tesco do a great one for £3.50 too. For me it's great as i don't have to take my hand blender to work
