Lunch:

2 slices wholemeal toast - 5pts
1/2 tin spaghetti hoops - 3pts

Snacks:

1 mullerlight toffee yoghurt - 2pts
1 clementine - 0pts
1 granny smith apple - opts
1 walkers french fries - 2pts

Dinner: (6 bonus points used towards this)

3 x white mini pitta - 6pts
120g chicken breast - 4pts
3tbsp reggee reggee sauce - 1pt
1tsp oil - 1pt
100g crinkle cut oven chips - 5pts
lettuce - 0pts
tomato - 0pts
red onion - 0pts
grated carrott - 0pts

Points Balances:

Daily allowance = 29/29 points used
Weekly Bonus points allowance = 27/49 points used.

Was that for the whole pizza? It sounds alright actually, I had 19 points for dinner too :)

yeah it was, it was so yummy :) i think it was so low because it was a thin and crispy one xxx

I woke up late for work and didn't get time for breakfast this morning :(

Home made tuna sandwich made with;

Snacks:

Walker french fries x 2 - 4pts

1 Granny Smith apple - 0pts
Muller light toffee yoghurt - 2pts

Dinner:

bowl of salad (tomatos, lettuce & red onion) - 0pts
Goodfellas chicken provencal thincrust pizza - 23pts
3tbsp reggee reggee sauce - 1pt

hey clarri, ive used 47 of my bonus points this week, i wish it was only 2 lol.... yeah its weigh in tomorrow i will let you know how i get on! xxx

im finding it harder this week :( i think its because i'm working a late shift at work and i dont get home till 9pm - ive now taken to eating my dinner on my last break (about 6ish) and it seems a bit easier the last few days! ill let you know how i get on - please all cross your fingers for me for weigh in on monday :D xx
