Hi, I had my first weigh in tonight and very pleased to say I lost 5 whole pounds! I'm over the moon..x

Just to update from last week.....I lost 1.5 lbs last week and due to get weighed again in the next hour so will re-post then with update.

Well, 3rd weigh in and lost 3 and a half....10 in total...

4th weigh in tonight - a wee 1.5 lbs........total 11.5 lbs so far..

Not updated this last week!!

But last week I lost 1 lb and tonight 3.5 lbs.

So have lost a total of 16 lbs....really pleased with this and hope to sts over xmas/new year period.

My next class isnt open until 11th jan! aaarrgghh!!..x

Well, I weighed on my own scales on mon and it showed a gain of 1.5 but not too worried as those scales are never the same as class so won't update my ticker and stats until I have had official weigh in on 11th jan.

Just got tonight and tomoro to get thru without too much damage and then really pull it back.
