After messing around something just clicked this morn!!
I have had 3 packs and 5 litres of water!!
Then jus sat and watched my family eat spag bol lotsa different salads althou covered in fatty sauces french bread and butter!!!
I had a soup!!
Then out came the killer Bannoffee Pie, My fav dessert!!!
I did not touch it tho!!

Think I have found my MoJO!!!!!

lol its fine hun my weak foods is everything lol.. i do cook for kids and bf but not spag bowl or fajitas lol... its weired cause befor this diet i didnt eat my fav foods i lived off junk and ate crap i hardly liked i guess i treated my body how i felt which was disgusting. its only been on this diet iv realised what my favs were again as i respect myself so much more so you take your mojo hun and enjoy..xxx

I lost my mojo many years ago .Found it 6 months ago and cant believe what it has helped me do keep hold of it hun and keep up the good work xxx
