Bloody hell another hungry day. All I've done really today is sit in front of the telly at my mum's house watching the Touring Cars while talking to my mum about her holiday. Kids have been running riot, good for them
Anyway, feeling madly hungry. For my dinner tonight I've had tuna, and I ended up banging a can of sweetcorn in to bulk it out, so I've probably had about 200 cals more than I should have today.
Yes, I know it's only 200 cals and it's only sweetcorn where it could have been crisps ot something, but I can't keep doing this every time
I can usually ignore the hunger pangs, and hopefully I can keep doing so for the next four weeks when (hopefully) I'll start moving up the plans. Mind, that's relying on a 6lb a week loss which, ok, I've generally managed so far but I'd be daft to think I can definately keep that up. I'm not sure how my body has managed it so far, it's been a minor miracle so I can't rely on that happening every week. And how are things going to be when I do move up; still hungry? I could understand it if I'd been to the gym every day but it was only three times last week, and not since Friday, I've had a real couch potato day today...
