Hi, does anyone know the syn values for skinny lizzie sausages? They're from morrisons. After a year on ww, i can't remember how to calculate syn values, or indeed even if you can!

Says online 4.5 each a sausage
6 pack 67g per sausage

I use Tesco healthy living cumberland sausages, they are really tasty and only 1 syn each

Hiya, I had skinny lizzy sausages the other day and my consultant had told us they are 1/2 a syn each so for 2 sausages it was only 1 syn so i am well happy.

According to SW online SL are 1 syn each on EE

Thanks, I can live with 1/2 a syn or 1 syn each. Freaked out when I saw 4.5 each!! I love my skinny lizzies!!
