After staying the same last week, I was really looking forward to recording a loss this week. And the scales were being kind to me. But I'm still suffering from my stomach bug and can't make it to my meeting. Out of curiosity I stepped on the scales today and was 11 stone 11 - it's been a while since I saw that number. But I can't record it as I know a lot of it is fluid loss. So another week that I can't add a loss to this list - I know it's only a small thing but its the little things that keep you motivated.

Hi xClaire84x. Thank you for putting me on the list! I noticed though that you've put down that I've already lost 1½lbs - but I don't weigh til Thursday - I'd love it if that was the case but this is just what I hope to lose!! :fingerscrossed:

This is my 3rd week on WW and have lost 9lbs so far, but nothing towards our challenge as of yet - hopefully that will be different on Thursday! I'd love to lose 2½lbs this week as that will be my 5% but not feeling very positive - still sticking to it 100% but had a sneaky pre-weigh this morning and nothing's shifted so far!! :confused: My body has the next few days to realise that it needs to get rid of some of those extra pounds!!

Thanks guys for your kind words - it means a lot. I'm on the mend now and the only thing I can stomach is carbs so need to be careful.

Hi guys, so after much decision I decided to go and get my WI out of the way last night. After being sick last week and still on meds, TOTM this week and of course my own over indulgence over the weekend, I was expecting at least a 5lb gain. Turns out I was (only) up 2.5lbs. I feel really bad about it and wasn't going to say it here but then I realised I'm only fooling myself. I'm on my phone so I can't update it but if someone could update the list for me. With the gain it would now mean I have 13.5lbs to go so may as well round it up to 14lbs. It's a tough target but I'm certainly going to try and make it especially now Easter is over with!

Hi everyone :) STS this week but its spurred me on for a good loss this week! I walked 10k yesterday and done a light jog this morning before work and went to aqua aerobics after work!! So hopefully next week we will see some results xox
 
Well, got on the scales this morning and have only lost ½lb! Granted, it is better than STS which is what I thought was going to happen but still - not a happy bunny this morning! :sigh: So week one of my challenge hasn't got off to the best start!! But I'm gonna stay focussed and on track, and hope that the scales show a better loss next week.

Anything you need to get off your chest? I eat due to many different emotions, rarely cos I am hungry, and I find venting to friends very helpful. But thats just me....

Or did you have such a good time celebrating Easter?
