In what way are you struggling?
 
Well, got on the scales this morning and have only lost ½lb! Granted, it is better than STS which is what I thought was going to happen but still - not a happy bunny this morning! :sigh: So week one of my challenge hasn't got off to the best start!! But I'm gonna stay focussed and on track, and hope that the scales show a better loss next week.

Hey justjudith, thank you for the encouraging words. I was actually just filling in my record card and I must've remember last week's weight incorrectly as I am now actually ¾lb lighter, not ½! Still not an amazing loss but a bit better than I thought and, as you say, its definitely much better than putting on! And I love the stickability thing!! :D

I think I'm going to be okay this week thank you - I'm still feeling like I'm going to give it my all and just keep my fingers crossed that I have a better loss next week. If I need any help though I know where to come - thank you!

What exercise does everyone do?

I do workout DVDs. Atm I'm doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and a few other of hers. I also have loads of Davina McCalls DVDs as well. They are great to have as you never know with the weather. I do like to get out when the weather is nice and go for a long power walk. This summer I am going to try jogging.
 
I'm training for a 10k - taking a break this week because I had a stomach bug and am still a bit weak but going to get back to it tomorrow.

Just updating mine lost 1lb this week! Weight loss seems to have slowed down now but as long as I'm loosing I don't mind but was just wondering If I up my exercise now will I loose more or gain due to mussel?

I also put 3 on too :(, I should have never have lost the 5.5. We had a new scale and everyone lost the week before so it obviously showed my true weight so I'm not dissapointed and I'm going to be good this week so I can lose on Friday, unfortunately I can't update as my son has tipped a drink over my laptop the buttons are stuck and I only have my I pad. To the shop I go on Monday x
 
What one thing can you do today to further your weight loss goal this month?

I have given Pickle the wonder dog an extra long walk.... and I am making sure I drink plenty of water

Baby steps are better than no steps....
