I'm finding SW diet great but I have left over shakes and bars from attempts at Slimfast which weren't too successful. I'd like to be able to use them though as easy breakfasts to grab going out the door! How many syns - any idea?
Shakes have 210 cals, 14.9 protein, 26.1 carbs, 5.1 fat and 4.8 fibre.
Bars have 206 cals, 14.3 protein, 25.7 carbs, 5.9 fat and 4.6 fibre.
