I everyone. I am am new to this forum and SW. Tonight was my first group and I totally forgot to ask a certain question.
I had already followed healthy eating and the Bootea Shakes/porridge and teas. Is it still ok to incorporate this into my SW plans? Any advice would be appreciated.
