hello ladies

I have been doing SW and loosing 1 or 2 then my life starts to go a little mad and i fall by the gutter so please can I join in?

Not sure what a slimming buddy does but I really want to shift this bum bag o fat that hangs around my tummy. I have just started the gym again........ so head screwed on and here we go

Im on Facebook a few times through out the day and try to read my emails when I can I have started my food diary which I am just off to post.
