Slimming world online?

can i join slimming world exclusively online, without ever going to a group?

i've got two children and an OH who works erratic hours so i wouldn't be able to commit to a class. but i wonder if it's possible to follow it online?

does anyone else do this? i've been onto the slimming world website but can't see a section on this. all i can see are things saying "find yur nearest group"

Yes you can join just online. I think it's called Bodyoptomise. You can see the link at the bottom of the homepage I think.
