Does anyone know if knorr snack soups are free?
If not how many syns

doubt they are free and they are not online! i would do 1 syn 20cals to be on the safe side im looking at the calorie content and they seem to range between 4.5 to 7.5 syns!

Ready made Soups don't qualify for a free food allowance anyway, so as you said it would have to be worked out using the 20cals=1 syn formula
