Snacks whats everyones suggestions?

    Slimfast
    OK so going by the slimfast rules each snack being around 100cal just wandering whats everyone been snacking on :party0051:

    Ive been having the following:

    Slimfast or tesco light choice pretzels
    slimfast peanut andchoclate bar
    special K minibreaks
    ryvita bites in sweet chilli and sour cream and chive
    grapes
    kiwi fruits
    dried apricots (can make me a bit gassy though...not so good!)
    tesco bbq flavour rice cakes with crunchy peanut butter
    weight watchers choc mousse
    weight watchers passionfruit mousse

    Im out of ideas and looking for something new to put in my fridge!

    I don't always make 100 calories. Sometimes I have a couple of things. Sometimes I have things as dessert as part of my 600cal tea.

    Satsumas 25-30 cal each.
    Cadburys Highlights Nibbles (little biscuits with choc on) 2 flavours choc or honeycomb. 1 bag is 75calories.
    Asda Good for you crispy bars 90 cal ish.
    WW toffee or vanilla yogurt 50cal
    Cadburys Highlights mousse 60 cal.
    Melon 100g 25cal.
    Walker baked crisps 100cal per bag.
    Slimfast Cheddar bites 100 cal ish
    Snack a Jacks Salt n Vin Popcorn 50cal per bag ish.


    I'm sure there are other things but thats all I can think of that isn't already on your list.

    Hey Sattsy,
    I have a really sweet tooth so here goe's on my snacks,
    A mini bag of white choc buttons about 80 odd cal
    a handful of asdas snacking choc nuts / raisins about 200 cal so 2 treats combined
    Choc chip harvest chewie bars about 99 cal also do apple and another flavour
    2 finger kit kat 107 cal approx so slightly over
    Basically I'm a chocolate monster so any mini choc stuff and i'm there!
    Like BL i normally have a WW frozen meal around 300 cal so i can have one of the WW desserts and that way you feel like you are eating more.
