So dissapointed!

I'm so dissapointed with my self!

Managed to loose 2.5lb after first week but have basically ate everything in sight since friday night.

I've skipped weigh in today as i'm so embarrased and had a massive binge. I dont think i've had more than 1 full day where i've been 100% on plan.

I know its my own fault but i just cant seem to stop and i even missed a class at the gym because i had a massive tea and felt sick.

I am startin fresh right now not tomorrow now. Even though i've probably ate 3 million calories already. Heres to a whole week of being 100% on plan. I'm going to write down all the reasons why i'm doing slimming world and try to get loads pf exercise in :(

Can u go to group tomorrow to see your weight? If you don't u might have gained 3 pounds and the next week u might lose 3 pounds but u will only get a stay the same at group
 
I do write everything but 'forget' to write what i shouldnt eat. As of tomorrow everything i put in my mouth will be written down! I know i can do it i think i've just had enough of diets i have been on ww since jan. but stuffing my face isnt going to get me to goal is it!

I work late the rest of the week. I weight at home and had managed to sts as what i was on my scales last week so if i could loose 2lb after this week i'd be thrilled!

I need to stop making excuses and get on with it xmas is jst around the corner and i want a nice dress! X
 
I've been a knob this week too. Weigh in tomorrow, so fresh start for me too. I am planning on setting out snacks and things in the morning, with scheduled snack times to stop silly scoffing. Might help you too. (I'm a stay at home mum so stout.d food all the time)
 
I'm working late today so had 15.5 syns. I am going swimming however so hopefully should be ok.

Going to try to stick to 5 syns per day this week x

Hi, well for a start youre not boring me at all! Want to help in any way I can. It is so good that you say fresh start right now, not tomorrow! Well done for that!You will get lots of support on here, dont look back, its not the way youre going, its what happens from now that counts. You cant change whats done, but you can make things happen for the future. Keep posting and let us know how you go on. If I can help in any small way I certainly will! :)
