My neice is being Christened at the end of November and my brother and his wife have asked me to be a god parent. I have never been asked before so I am very chuffed!

Now how much can I lose between now and then!!!

Yeah I though 7lb is a good aim. Its my first proper week back on plan so I am hoping for a good loss to get me on way to that first goal.
