I just payed with some of my new chinese ingredients....made a MARVELOUS stir fry -

Pak Choy, onions, red and yellow peppers, 'shrooms, carrot, broccoli, chili peppers, celery,lotsa garlic, onions and chicken.....used Chinese 5-spice, light and dark soy sauce, sau-ching wine, and sesame oil.


I am SUCH a happy girl!!!! VEGIIES AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


God - I really do love food. GOOD foood. And its GREAT to have the crunch of fresh veg again!

Oh that sounds fabulous. I'm trying to bookmark all your recipes for when I can have those items. I've just had a natural yoghurt, apple and cinnamon ohhh it tasted fab. I had been having a craving for cinnamon for days...:)
