Soooo bloated

    Tonight i have my first WI and am not looking forward to it. Woke up this morning so bloated and its not gone away. Im not constipated as i went yest. Water and shakes dont help. Tis getting me down as ive been 100% all week so not wanting this to hurt my results. Any ideas?

    Bloating can be due to not enough water. But i have mental bloating too i think i am bloated but its my mind. I am sure you will have had a great loss if you have been 100% and drank you water quota or more.

    I have always had bloating, and trouble digesting food. I did a bit of reasearch and a possible explanation was not enough tummy acid. I've started taking Betaine Hydrochloric acid supplements and it has vastly improved. Is only good though if you have always had a probem with bloating and digestion.

    Hello.

    Every morning an hour before I have anything, I have a big glass of water with a tea spoon of psyllum husk...it helps lot even thought it taste like s**t. Also I drink nettle tea in the evening...Taste a bit weird...All of that with lots of water...Hope that helps

    All cleared up but thanks for suggestions :)
    Kadmus its funny you mention the digestion thingy as i suffer with Acid Reflux. Could be a cause or at least a bit player for the whole.

    was cambridge now exante
    i have acid reflux ( to the point of vomiting up meals etc ) but i dont have issues with bloating
