Soooo cold... Brrr

Oh my days, I am so cold it is not funny. I am sat with the heating on, in a fleece, jogging bottoms & full slipper bootees and I have also started a fire in the fireplace... I swear I have become cold blooded like a snake, lol!

The fire is so warm though

Ah, the joys of a vlcd - not enough calories to create heat for the body. A blessing when the mercury soars, not so much as the weather starts to show autumnal teeth. Stay bundled up

My front room is now like furnace, have taken the fleece off & my nose is back to warm rather than icy cold!
