Day 1. Weight 14.3!

B: Alpen light bar 99cal with a skinny latte 100
L: Ploughmans sandwich and a bag of walkers baked.546cal
D: x2 low fat sausages. small scoop of mash and roasted veg. 500cal.
Small slice of mannor cake 200cal.

Drinks: Tropical juice carton 130cal Teas with milk. Squash

Total calories for the day (Aiming for 1400 a day): 1500

No exercise today, but tomorrow will hit the gym.
And the packet sandwich did help the calories eeek!!

Day 2

Bowl of Fruit and fibre 200cal with a small oj 100cal.

Rice crispie sq 150 with skinny latte x2 154cal

Cous cous chicken salad 00cal.
1 slice of pizza, potato wedges and salad 600cal.

Drinks: Water, Sprite zero

Calories 1504
