I am going to repeat week 1. When I have a few minutes I am going to update my signature but for now leaving it.
Exercise -10526 steps - 3262 aerobic steps - 327 calories burnt- 6.10 km - 18.3g fat burnt :D

I only managed 6k steps yesterday:D
I did lot better today
Exercise -10351 steps - 2233 aerobic steps - 349 calories burnt- 5.97 km - 19.4g fat burnt :D
I am not impressed with weight watchers's pedometer, total waste of money:mad:
