Sorry to be a pain....help needed!

You know where you all have a little runing total of your weight loss at the bottom of each of your postings......well how do you get that to appear? Do you have to do a copy and paste everytime from an old thread or is it part of your signature? When I try putting it as part of my signature it tells me I am over 350 words! Very Confused!

I think you have to have so many post before you are allowed over 150 characters. At the the start I just put down a couple of line in my signature and add it on with every weigh in. The track I copy and paste is each update.
