I was really hoping to lose more weight this week but I am not sure what it is but when I have SW soup, it seems to affect my weight loss... so cutting it out and going back to basics to try and kickstart my loss again...
I don't put pulses in... the one I made was tomatoes/baked beans/pickled onions type one.. I just think it doesn't agree with me so going to stop with the soup.

I'm the exact same! I thought it may have just been me lol! I always thought maybe it was because I wasn't eating enough through the day but I find it really slows things down
