There's a couple of threads already on this but the majority of the posts refer to the new Special K Chewy Cereal Bars. These new ones seem to be the re-born version of the Fibre Plus bars (which Kellogs have stopped making now). They're a tad smaller than the Fibre Plus bars but generally neigh on the same nutritional value - therefore, until SW say something different, peeps are using them as HEb (one per HE).

The older Special K bars (not chewy) don't qualify for HE and therefore you can use 20 cal = 1 syn rule.

Was looking at the special k bars in asda today, wish they had higer fibre so they could be a hexb :( some real yummy looking flavours there. But I aint spending syns on cereal bars when I can have alpen lights and hifis. Its a shame though.

Looked at the nutritional stuff, there's 2g of fibre in a bar what does the fibre have to be to qualify hexb I wonder
