They're not listed so you would have to post the NV's for someone to calculate it for you.

I'd also like to know the syn values please. I can't afford to buy fresh chicken as I'm only cooking for myself.
Per 100g:

protein 24.3g 54.0%
carbs 0.3g 0.1%
of which sugars nil 0.0%
fat 1.2g 1.7%
of which saturates 0.4g 2.0%
fibre nil 0.0%
sodium 0.3g 12.5%
salt 0.8g 13.3%
Dont see why it wouldn't be free as mince is free if it's under 5% fat? I hope it is as I use a lot of it
