    has anyone seen these.ive just bought one in asda and dont know what it is.it looks like a mix between a pumkin and a bns.
    is it a free food?
    is it a ss food?

    has anyone tried them,if so what are they like
    sorry for being dumb but i have never seen these b4

    thanks lexie dog.ive honestly never seen them b4.ive just got to like bns and i love the stuff so does this taste the same?

    Winter squash is fab.

    you are best cutting it in half, removing the pulp, then spraying it with some frylight on the cut side, roasting in the oven for a bit until the cut side starts to caramelize and then add a filling and top with cheese.

    Not the same squash, but this one of my recipes:

    wow,britmum,that looks amazing ,will definatley try that this week.would you say as nice as bns cos ive only just started liking that

    you will probably find it a bit more fibrous to butternut squash, but yes it is similar.

    Looks a bit like an Kabocha (not sure of the spelling!) squash. They can be quite hard to cut through, so use a good heavy knife if you are cutting it up. Alternatively, you can bake it whole if it is not too big.
