SS+ Vs SS

Back again!!
I've been doing SS+ for 3 weeks and have lost 18lbs, hubby has lost 26lbs, couldn't have done SS as I need my cuppa teas, love having an extra pack for the evening. Usually have mousse made from one of the skakes or a bar in the evening. The first three days are the hardest...try and stick in there and drink plenty of water.

well done thats fantastic!
brilliant im going to do SS+ we have alot of family meals so this would be perfect for me. now problem doing SS but find myself struggling in the evening when everyone is eating dinner, quite happy to sit and eat some cottage cheese!

this is my 3rd restart and usually by now im dreaming about food
but ive not been too bad, feel much more deterined! x
