Was active on this forum about 6-8 weeks ago. Lost 1 and a half stone in just over 2 weeks then insanity crept in and I decided to have a day off. That one day has lasted 8 weeks. I have put a stone back on and if I could turn the clocks back ofcourse I would.
Am publically committing to start again tomorrow [28th Dec]. So will be on this forum again as I found it really helped.

I started 16/09/08 and lost 3 stone. I've started back today and feel good (it was fantastic this morning- I always go down hill in evening:sigh:). I've had 4 weeks off due to hol and xmas I think I've put on 5lb which I hope I lose on tues weigh in.

I'm starting on monday!

Yeah, and I'm excited about it! Lost 3 stone between June and August, maintained for 2 months then kinda lost the plot! I did not get to my 59/60kg target before I stopped and although I exercised lots and ate sensibly, the scales did not budge. Then I gradually slipped out of exercise mode and into careless eating. Now I've got 2.5kg of added fat, and a bloated tummy.
I weigh 68kg. I want to get to 60kg over the next 4 to 5 weeks on TFR and then maintain strictly.
I will post here regularly as I found it really great last time. Here's to us!!
