I am off to Portugal for a few days in The middle of June so really focus to loose 1 stone before that!! Have lost 4lb since Friday so motivated.

4lb that's great ! I lost a 1lb !! Amazed I lost this week after all the pizza and icecream in Italy !! So all good going down instead of up . Focused now !! :)

So 24lb in 8 weeks. Not sure I am doing enough and sometimes when I read other dieter's blogs I wonder if I should be loosing more. I find this diet very restricting and it's hard to socialise when you can not eat. I decided last week to go from SS+ to SS but it didn't last 2 days and I was back on SS+, I really need a salad and some tuna or chicken to keep me going. I am not sure I would loose more on SS but I guess 24lb is quite a lot!
Feeling a bit tired at the moment and being Portuguese I really miss a nice slice of bread! Have 2.5 months to go from 11.10 to 9.6 and if I make it to 10 I would be happy. I need some motivation at the moment, that excitement of the diet start that keeps you focus. sure am learning a lesson, once I loose this weight I will make sure I won't gain it back because my God this is a hard task to loose it and it can't be worse to maintain!
Anyway, got up at 5am with back pain so just sitting here in front of the TV thinking about it.

24 pound in 8 weeks is fab, don't forget you havnt got much to loose so your not gonna see 6 a 7 lb off, ur averaging at 3 pound a week which is brilliant. It won't be long untoll you can start introducing food, you will get to goal xxxx

You are doing great , that's loads of weight of and your journey is your own I know it's hard but we all shouldn't compare with others it's about us as individuals even the it's human nature . You are doing fab and you will get to go xxx
 
Yes you are right! I guess my back hurts after a physiotherapy session yesterday and my first thought is having a big breakfast... Bad I know

Have slept 2 hours now so feeling a bit better and will have 2 eggs for breakfast instead of a salad and chicken for dinner. God I have never talked this much about food in my life! Lol!!

Not been good since Sunday I bloody wake up and something stops me from getting back into it !!! It's depressing I have really bad pmt and feel the more I'm not doing it the more miserable I am ! I keep thinking start fresh on Monday ?? Am I just cheating myself !!!!

Not finding it easy either but still pink and trying my beat. Maybe you need a break for a week or so and them start again. Maybe you need to go up a few steps. I ne'er managed to do the SS, I need to eat something or go mad so I am doing the SS+ but some days I eat to CD products and two salads with chicken. To be fare it doesn't make a different although I know I should take the 3 products. Don't beat yourself bout it. Stop and maybe eat whatever you want and start on Monday from fresh. This is really hard! I sure won't let myself get to the weight I was 2 months ago because I am never gain doing a diet like this gain!!
Hope you feel better and stop feeling gilt, you are an adult and you decide what is best for you so, stop and then start again when you ate ready.

Thanks Ana I have decided to start again Monday , I haven't been really bad with what I'm eating and the scales don't look any different yet so I'm going to enjoy the weekend with my family then Monday I'm going for it again :) thanks for your support . Hope you are getting on ok xxxx
 
Ok, had a weekend of food and wine. Taking pills for sciatica and sought will have some food and get better which I did so back on it today on SS+. how are you doing? Are you back on track?

Yes back to it today ! Looking forward to getting back in the swing of it and in ketosis again . I weigh in on Thursday so I will see what damage I have done !! Glad u are feeling better sciatica is so painful ! X
Had a nice week off so I'm not beating myself up over it really ! Just want to focus on getting back on track :) I have bought bikins in a 12 I really have to wear them ! X
 
Lol!! That is my dress, a 12 and I am wearing it in 3 months so I really need to get there :) I also have a swimming suit size 12 I got for the honeymoon in Thailand in September :)

Well done!! I was ok until I got home and had two slices of garlic bread!! Tomorrow will carry on!! The worse is to start again. I need to focus though!! I have a dress to fit in 3 months and 2 stone to loose. Oh well will do it better tomorrow.

I know it's so hard I need to get out of the habit of picking . It's so natural lol . Tomorrows another day , I will check in see how you are doing xxxxx
 
Did you tell me you were from Brentwood? I go to Brentwood twice a week for physiotherapy maybe we should have coffee one day and swap ideas :)
