And so far so good, although i am starving!!!!

I had a cheese and brocolli soup first at 11am was ok, and just had a choc orange shake warm, not keen. Im ravenous though. Been to my mums for l'unch' and she made lovely pasta in a creamy sauce and then all had biscuits and cups of tea. Boohoo.

Be worth it in the end, just hate being hungry :sigh:

Just keep focused on your goal.
Once you've got the first 3-4 days it will become much easier.

hey im almost on day 4 and feeling so much better already
when you feel hungry, go and do something, and then before you know it, another hour has passed, and then its another hour closer to the next day :D

I agree, Im on day three, felt really tired no energy this morning and thought I am going to suffer today. Went out walked around Bluewater to waste some time, had semi black coffee (added skimmed milk as cant stand it black), home watched Loose Women, walked dog, played with kids (am a childminder) and time has flown today.

Fell so much better now, hopefully im in ketosis.
