Started this morning

Hi there.... started Slim Fast thing morning. I have lost 3 stone on Lipotrim about 18 months ago. Ive put on 9lbs since Sept08 however I have quit smoking since then so not too bad i guess. I tried getting back on Lipotrim but was far too hard so Im trying Slim Fast to shift the 9lbs and a further stone !!! So here goes...............

Welcome to the gang Ff. I just couldn't get along with Lipotrim when i tried it last year.. mainly cos it made me feel so abnormal in a way.. i'd be drinking my water/ having my soup while family ate from a menu and just felt so alienated that it worked against me. I like how in Slim Fast i can order from menus and moderate what i eat instead.
