Lost 7lb on my first week. Think I might have ruined it all by having home made pizza and red wine. Didn't count either of them. Do other people have a treat on weigh in day? ?

Well done on your loss I am always a little relaxed on weigh day if I have a good loss, I figure you have a week to make up for it ;-)

I tend not to use my weeklies, well not regularly anyway so I always use my WI day as a treat day. Nothing too crazy usually but today I have a small roast beef dinner that I didn't have yesterday followed by one of the "new" pastries from Lidl with low fat icecream. MMMMmmm can't wait for OH to come home for dinner lol
