Starting a low calorie diet and posting my journey for support

Hi all. I'm new to the forum, and new to the diet. I have started step 3 Cambridge weight plan this week. Goal is to reduce to BMI from obese: 30-35, to normal: less than 24. Plan is to lose the rest of me....at least 50 lbs

I am trying to give up rice, potatoes and most things carb. In the evening I might have one weetabix biscuit with 100 - 200 ml skim milk. So I will have 2 CWP and a meal of upto 400 cals, and then a night snack. SO far I have come down 6 lbs, by reducing the carbs and trying to stick to CWD.

Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping to be able to continue with support and some motivation when it goes down...
