Starting again tomorrow

Hi every one, I tried SW about a year ago but due to different reasons I never really followed the plan properly...but tomorrow I'm starting over again and would love to loose 3 stone. So i know I'll be calling on all of you for help.

Welcome and good luck! I started again 3 weeks ago. I did slimming world before too but gave up after a while after starting off so well :-( Really enjoying it this time around and determined to succeed. This site is fab and is definately making a huge difference to me this time around

Hi Willkat. Like you i'm starting over again too. I'm off on my hols in 9 weeks and nothing fits me anymore. Grrr!
