Hiya everyone!
Hope no one minds me starting a new post - I am starting back on CWP tomorrow.
I did it about 2 years ago and lost 2 stone. 1 stone has crept back on and I'm ready to smash it again.
I currently weigh 12st12 and would LOVE to weigh 10.7. I can do this!
I'm going for it this week as a starting point and to reduce my tummy bloating, then on the 10th May I go on holiday for a week (no regrets!!!) and then when I return on the 18th, to totally start smashing it again.
Bit nervous about tomorrow, worried about feeling hungry etc.
Any tips will be appreciated
