Starting Again!

So tried the slim fast diet a while ago but wasn't in the right head space had lots going on.

So I am starting afresh today and so far so good dont feel hungry at all.

Good luck. Think this diet you really have to have your head in the right place.

I'm just starting my second week but did have a couple of naughty days at weekend.
