Starting again

Hi all,

I have tried slimming world a few times over the last 6 years and ave always been successful. I am trying again now but dont seem to have te drive that I have had previously. I don't go to class so I am hoping tat the support on here will help
 
Here goes, day 1

Breakfast - 2 pieces whole meal toast (hex b)
Lunch - chilli and rice
a banana, handful of grapes, 3 quorum sausages
coffee, squash
